Vice Chairman Sullivan called for public input regarding request from Narinder Nagra, seeking variance of 30 ' front building line to replace existing nonconforming canopy, (variance sought of 261front building setback) at location of 802 South Friendswood Drive. Narinder Nagra stated the existing canopy is in bad condition and wants to replace it with new canopy. The new canopy will be 4 ' smaller. He presented pictures of existing canopy and of proposed canopy. Discussion followed between Mr. Nagra and the board at length. Representatives from Brake Masters, Community National Bank, and Conoco were present at the meeting. There was no opposition to the proposed variance. At this time, the public hearing was closed. **Ann Talbot moved to grant the variance of 30 ' front building line to replace existing nonconforming canopy (variance sought of 26 ' front building setback) at location of 802 South Friendswood Drive. David O'Brien, III seconded the motion. The motion was unanimous. **David Herbek moved to approve the minutes of February 26, 1991 as corrected. Ann Talbot seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. **David Herbek moved to table the minutes of April 23 , 1991 for additional information. I I I i� I i Evelyn Brennan seconded the motion.
