WAS HELD ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 2, 1992, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE FOLLavING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT:

WITH A QUORUM PRESENT AND NONE ABSENT, BAKER OPENED THE MEETING OF THE
PLANNING AND ZONING C<M-1ISSION ASKING FOR CCMMUNICATIONS FRCM THE
PUBLIC. THERE WAS NO PUBLIC CCMMENT AND THE FOLLavING ITEMS WERE
CONSIDERED:
1.CONSIDERN.rION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE FINAL PLA'l' OF
BRCMN ACRES -3.1240 ACRES OF LAND IOCATED ON WCODLAWN - 3 LOTS -
C.L. DAVIS & CO.
THIS ITEM WAS NOI' READY AND WAS PASSED OVER BY THE C<M-1ISSION.
2.CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE FINAL PLAT OF
RA-MAR Rem -RESUBDIVISION OF 4. 489 ACRES - A PARl' OF THE PARKWAY
