ADVISED THE CCM,,ITSSION THAT THE PROPOSED PURCHASERS OF THE PROPERTY WERE IID;)UESTING A CCMMI'IMENT ON THE PARI' OF THE ca-1MISSION SO THAT THEY COULD CLOSE ON THE PROPERI'Y BY 'lliE END OF THE YEAR. THEY ARE STIIJ.. THERE WAS Sa.IB DISCUSSION REGARDING THE APPROVAL AND SIGNATURE OF THE PLA'l'S BUl' THE CCMMISSION, WHILE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEVELOPER REGARDING THE LAND USE AND PROPOSED PLAT, REFUSED FINAL APPROVAL WITH SO MANY CONI'INGENCIES. THE ITEM WILL BE PLACED ON THE AGENDA FOR JANUARY 2, 1992. 11.CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION REGARDING THE PROPOSEDSITE PLAN FOR HERITAGE SHOPPING CENTER -COENCO, INC ••THE SITE PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AFTER THE APPROVAL OF THE FINALPLAT AS CITED ABOVE.12.PRE APP -R. THE CCWllSSION AGREED WITH '!'HE CONCEPI'. 13.CONSIDERA'fION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE FINAL PLAT OFWILDERNESS TRAILS ESTATES -8. 3 ACRES OF LAND INTO 4 LOTS -GARTRELL.THIS ITEM WAS Nm' READY AND WAS PASSED OVER BY THE CQ.\1MISSION. 14.PRE APP -CORRECI'ED PLAT OF HUNTINGTON WCDDS TO CORRECI' BOUNDARYDIMENSIONS, ADD FIELD NaI'ES, AND SHCM LOT LINES FOR FRIENDSWCDDSUBDIVISION -LENTZ ENGINEERING.AL LENTZ EXPLAINED THAT THE CMNER HAD GONE FRCM lNI'ERIM FINANCINGTO PERMANENT FINANCING AND AS A RESULT THE TITLE CCMPANY HADREQUESTED THAT THEY FILED A CORRECTION PLAT. THE PLAT WILLCORRECT ONE DIMENSION THAT WAS FILED INCORRECTLY ON THE PLAT, TOADD THE FIELD NaI'ES AND TO SHCM THE Lal' CORNER OF Lal' 6 ASINDICATED ON THE ORIGINAL FRIENDSWCX)D TCWN SITE. THE CCWllSSIONAGREED WITH THE PLAT.15.PRE APP -Im' 34 POLLY RANCH & PINE DRIVE.ENGINEER THCMPSON APPRISED THE CCMMISSION OF THE LCX::ATION OF THEPROPERI'Y ADVISING THEM THAT THE IrANIXJNNERS WOULD HAVE TO GOTHROUGH A PUBLIC HEARING AS DID WILDERNESS TRAILS. THCMPSONSTATED THAT THE SUBDIVISION IS A REPLAT OF AN EXISTING SUBDIVISIONAND IF THE CCMMISSION WERE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE PROPOSED, THECMNER WOULD PROCEED WITH THE PROCESS.
