MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FRIENDSWOOD
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
December 6, 1984
The Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission held a regular meeting on Thursday, December 6, 1984, at 7:30 p. m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The following members were present.
Miller -Chairman Hoppe Brown Cress Holt
With a quorum present and with Beggs and Jones absent, the following business was transacted.
Chairman Ralph Miller called the recessed Public Hearing of November 15, 1984, to order. The items to be considered are listed below.
EXXON
1.To drill Exxon's R.D. Haden Well No. 20 and to install thenecessary pipeline to produce the well. Rezoning requestfrom R�l to Specific Use.
2.To drill Exxon's R.D. Haden Well Nos. 21 and 22 and toinstall the necessary pipeline to produce the wells.Rezoning request from R-1 to Specific Use.
Exxon submitted a new proposal relocating the 30' easement pn well No. 20 and moving wells 21 and 22 closer to existing well No. 12. They also moved the 30' easement for wells 21 and 22.

The following pe0ple were in the audience and spoke in op position to the proposal made by Exxon to the rezoning of wells 20,21 and 22.

After a lengthy discussion the following items were requested to be complied with before recommendation for rezoning.

Exxon will return to the next regular meeting of the Friendswood Planning and Zoning Commission, December 20, 1984.
The public hearing was closed.
COMMUNITY SHOPPING CENTER F.M. 518 AND CLEARVIEW
SPANISH OAKS
A site plan for a Community Shopping Center to be located on Clearview and F.M. 518 having 25,950 sq. ft. was presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The zoning ordinance requires 86 parking spaces and landscaping.
MOTION: (HOLT) To recommend to the City Council the approval and issuance of a building permit subject to compliance with the ordinances.

VOTE: UNANIMOUS FOR
MINUTES
MOTION CARRIED
November 15, 1984 -approved as read.
