Lauren Simpson was great. KTB would recommend as our presenter representing Friendswood at the annual Keep Texas Beautiful Conference. Stevenson Park that was planted by Heritage gardeners, 10 to 15 ft. tall infested with ants and fungus. Talked to Kimberly and Heritage Gardeners is going to take the tree out, we got an opinion from Justin from Friendswood Firewood and he informed us that the tree is dying and wouldn’t recommend treating it. The O’Brian family will be putting in a new tree and will be taken care of in February. Kaye mentioned that San Joaquin Parkway had 70 trees planted many years ago and now the trees are all dying at the same time. This would be a major expenditure for the HOA, James has looked at them also the trees were planted by the HOA. We don’t know what’s wrong with the trees. **Parks-Tom Goodwin: NA **Environmental Action-Paul Marx (Business Beautification Award): Beautification award, Paul delivered the award to Sterling Builders, the Blue Monkey is the next location.
