Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to the Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Friendswood, Texas, will be received in the office of the City Secretary until 2:00 P.M. on February 11, 1992, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for furnishing all labor, machinery, equipnent, tools, and superintendence for construction of a

Plans, specifications and bidding docurcents may be secured fran the City of Friendswood, Public Works Building, 1306 DeefMC>Od, Friendswood, Texas, on deposit of 'lwenty-five ($25.00) dollars. No refund will be made unless a bid is sul:rnitted by the individual or organization making the deposit.
Bid Bond, Cashier's or Ce rtified check upon sare responsible bank of the State of Texas in the arrount of five (5) percent of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the City of Friendswcod, Texas must accanpany each proposal.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids as the best interest of the public.

Additional single sets of the docmrents may be obtained by prospective bidders making an initial deposit for the additional sum of $25.00, which is not subject to refund. The docurrents will be supplied to subcontractors and suppliers of equipnent and materials upon payment of $25.00 per set which is not refundable.
