4. PUBLIC COMMENT
In order to comply with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council may not deliberate any item not
listed on the agenda, as such, the City Council will listen to public comment and may (i) refer the item to City
Management for further action or (ii) direct staff for the placement of said item on a future agenda. During public
comment, the public shall refrain from any outbursts, or interjections including but not limited to: applause, disparaging
noises and remarks . Furthermore, any personnel complaints against a City employee, aside from the City Manager,
City Attorney or Municipal Judge, shall not be discussed and shall be referred to City Management.
5. ELECTION CANVASS
A. Canvass the returns of the City of Friendswood General and Special Elections held on May 7,
2022.
B. Consider an ordinance declaring the results of the City of Friendswood General and Special
Elections held on May 7, 2022.
6. SWEARING -IN CEREMONY
A. Administer the oaths of office to Robert J. Griffon, Councilmember Position No. Four and Brent
Erenwert, Councilmember Position No. Six.
7. ADJOURNMENT

RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT ANY TIME AS AUTHORIZED BY THE TEXAS
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 551.071 - 551.090 TO DISCUSS ANY MATTERS LISTED ABOVE.
