November 16, 2021
The Investment Committee held a regular meeting on November 16, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. The following
members were present:
Bob Bozka
Larry Collison
Allan Rasmussen
Katina Hampton, Investment Officer
Rhonda Bloskas, Deputy Investment Officer
1. Committee meeting minutes from July 19, 2021 were reviewed.
- Mr. Rasmussen made a motion to accept the minutes with no changes and Mr. Collison
seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
2. The Committee reviewed and discussed the quarterly investment report for the period ending
September 30, 2021.
- Mr. Bozka made a motion to accept the investment report for the period ending
September 30, 2021 as presented. Mr. Collison seconded the motion and it carried
unanimously.
3. The Committee discussed the Investment Committee member appointment.
- Ms. Cindy Bowman has volunteered her time to serve on the Investment Committee. Ms.
Bowman is a Certified Public Accountant with Peterson CPA Firm, P.C. in Friendswood.
The December 6, 2021 City Council agenda will include the recommendation to council to
replace Mr. Collison with Ms. Bowman on the Investment Committee.
4. The next meeting will be held in January 2022.
5. The meeting was adjourned at 4:52 p.m.
