Friendswood Dr.A"A THE STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF GALVESTON § THAT FRIENDSWOOD COMPLEX LLC ("Grantor"), for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid to Grantor by the City of Friendswood!P municipal Texas, a home rule al corporation of the State of Texas ("Grantee"), the ip receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, has GRANTED, SOLD, and CONVEYED, and by these presents does hereby GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto the said Grantee, its successors, assigns and legal representatives, a perpetual easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, altering, and maintaining a sidewalk in, on, upon, over, along and across those certain tracts or parcels of land, (hereinafter the "Easement), shown in EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposel Grantee may do and perform all acts necessary to construct, reconstruct, repair, or maintain the sidewalk within said Easement and to operate thereon all necessary machinery and equipment to efficiently prosecute the work.
