SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF GALVESTON §
Grantor, Norwood Homes, Inc., a Texas Corporation hereinafter referred to as "Grantor,"
for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration paid to Grantor by The City of Friendswood, Texas, hereinafter called "Grantee,"
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed, has GRANTED,
SOLD, and CONVEYED, and by these presents does hereby GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY
unto the Grantee, its successors, assigns, and legal representatives the surface only of the
following described real property, situated in Harris County, Texas, together with all
improvements situated thereon, to wit:
8,169 square feet out of Amending Plat of Final Plat Boca Raton, Section Two
(2), according to the plat thereof as filed in Plat Record 18, Map Number 558,
Galveston County Map Records and, described by metes and bounds in a field
note description provided by Buyer and attached as Exhibit "A" hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference for all purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the property described, together with all the rights and
appurtenances lawfully accompanying it, by the Grantee and the Grantee's successors, assigns,
and legal representatives. Grantor binds itself, successors, assigns, and legal representatives to
warrant and forever defend the property against every person lawfully claiming by, through, or
under Grantor.
