NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Friendswood, a municipal corporation
located in Galveston and Harris County, Texas, claims a privileged lien, as provided
by Article 4435, Texas Revised civil statutes, as amended, and Chapter 26 of the
Friendswood City Code, in the property of: 5134 SHADY OAKS LN
FRIENDSWOOD, TX 77546
Located in Friendswood, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
LT 39 BLK 12 WEDGEWOOD VILLAGE SEC 3
The lien is claimed for cost, incurred by the City in connection with abatement of a
public nuisance thereon, to wit: Mowing of weeds and high grass, removal of trash
and rubbish.
An itemized account of the cost incurred in the total amount of$355.00 dollars is
attached hereto as Exhibit"A"
