by Article 4435, Texas Revised civil statutes, as amended, and Chapter 26 of the
Friendswood City Code, in the property of: 1506 S FRIENDSWOOD DR

Located in Friendswood, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:

The lien is claimed for cost, incurred by the City in connection with abatement of a
public nuisance thereon,to wit: Mowing of weeds and high grass
An itemized account of the cost incurred in the total amount of$425.00 dollars is
attached hereto as Exhibit"A"
