RESOLUTION N0. R86-9
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A RATE ORDER RELATING TO RATES TO
BE CHARGED BY HOUSTON LIGHTING AND POWER COMPANY FOR
ELECTRIC UTILITY SERVICE WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLV ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIEND5WOOD,
STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The attached Rate Order, which is made a
part hereof for all purposes, authorizing Houston Lighting and
Power Company to increase its rates for electric service within
the City of Friendswood, Texas according to Rate Order No. 82-1,
be, and it is hereby, adopted.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Secretary be, and
; they are hereby, authorized and directed to respectively sign and
attest said Rate Order for and in behalf of the City of
Friendswood, Texas .
SECTION 3. The City Secretary be, and she is hereby,
directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution, together
� with the Rate Order attached hereto, to Houston Lighting and
Power Company.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 27TH DAY OF JUNE, 1986.
