A. ne�� u��inter average shall be camputed each year after the February bi 1 1 �ng . i:ustorners nc�t rece-i v-�ng water car sewer serv-i ce dur-i ng the p�riod �f I�i��vem��r thr�c��ch �ebruary will be billed at the city wit�E= winter average consumpt�on r�ate . Customers w�th sewer service but w-ithout water service will ��e k�illed �t the city wide winter average cpnsumpticar� rate. DEFINITION Q� UNIT Residential : Far the purp�se of th-is resolution , the term "unit " shall mean , for residential customers , eac� residential unit designed for occupancy by a separate family, -including each unit located within a single multi-residential bu; ldinc� , reg�rdless of whether each unit is metered separately . Example ot a residential un-it shall include, but nat be limited ta, the following : � hause, apartment , tnwn house, mabil home, a group of roams or a single room, ar any other separate or individual space intended for occupancy �s liv�ng quarters . Commercial : For the purpose of this resolution , the term "unit" shall mean , for commercial custamers , each cnmmercial unit designed for nccupancy by a separate or individual business as a means of livelihnod . Example a-f a commerciai unit under this sectian shall include, but not be limited ta, the follow-ing : shopp�ng centers , stip centers or ind�vidual businesses . The term "unit" , for professional buildings , shall mean the number af restrooms lacated with-in the structure. Restroom shall mean one ( 1 ) un�t , unisex restroom; or , one ( 1 ) unit for each male �nd female restroam . Other : For the purpase c�f this resolut-ian , the term "unit " shall mean , for ather customers , one ( 1 ) ��nit per meter connection . �
