That I, MARY WORLEY STEVENSON, Individually and as
Independent Executrix of the ESTATE OF EARL V. STEVENSON, DECEASE ,
for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00)
DOLLARS cash, and other good and valuable consideration to me in
hand paid by CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, the receipt and sufficiency of
which sum is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have GRANTED, HSLi

and CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto

the said CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD in Galveston County, Texas, all that
certain property located in Galveston County, State of Texas ,
described as follows :
BEING a 2.00 acre tract of land out of Lot 14
Block 5 in Friendswood Subdivision out of the Sarah
McKissick or J. R. Williams League according to a
map or plat thereof recorded in Map Case, Drawer 4,
Map 41, in the office of the County Clerk of Galveston
County, Texas, said 2.00 acre tract of land being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows ,
to-wit:
COMMENCING at a point on the Southwesterly line of
Friendswood Drive, also known as F.M. Road 518, said
point also being in the Northwesterly line of Lot 14
in Block 5 in Friendswood Subdivision;
THENCE Southeasterly and along the Southwesterly line
of Friendswood Drive, also known as F.M. Road 518, a
distance of 335.00 feet to a point of Curve;
THENCE following a curve to the right having a radius
of 905.37 feet a distance of 11.86 feet to the place
of beginning of the tract herein described;
THENCE S 45'INT and parallel to the Northwesterly line
of Lot 14 in Block 5 in Friendswood Subdivision, a
distance of 324.33 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE S 45°E, a distance of 283. 14 feet more or less
to a point in the Northwesterly line of Winding Way;
THENCE N 45°E and along the Northwesterly line of
Winding Way, a distance of 275.00 feet more or less
to a point in the Southwesterly line of Friendswood
Drive, also known as F.M. Road 518;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction and along the South-
westerly line of Friendswood Drive, also known as F.M.
Road 518, and following a curve to the left having a
radius of 905.37 feet, a distance of 288. 63 feet more
or less to the place of beginning of the tract herein
described.
CONTAINING 2.00 acres of land.
This conveyance is subject to a Right-of-way to City
of Friendswood as reflected by instrument of record
in Volume 2065, Page 394, Galveston County Records,
and Mineral Reservation as reflected by instrument of
record in Volume 673, Page 173, Galveston County Records ,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together
with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any
wise belonging unto the said CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, its successors
and assigns forever,
