ORDINANCE 92-2
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION AND AMENDING CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD , TEXAS
ORDINANCE N0. 84-15 . PASSED AND APPROVED THE 19TH DAY OF
NOVEMBER , 1984 , AND BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY , REPLACING OFFICIAL ZONING MAP WHICH SUPERCEDES THE
PRIOR OFFICIAL ZONING MAP .

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIENDSWOOD , STATE OF TEXAS :
Section 1 . City of Friendswood , Texas , Ordinance No. 8�+-15 ,
passed and approved the 19th day of November, 198�4 , for
replacement of the Official Zonin� A4ap of the City of Friendswood
adopted by Ordinance No. 84-15 , which became difficult to
interpret because of the nature or number of changes or
additions , was hereby amended by Ordinance 89-16 .
Secticn 2 . The Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended , attaehed hereto , and the City Council now deems it
appropriate to adopt a New" Official Zoning Map , attached hereto
and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" , supercedes the prior
Official Zoning Map which will remain preserved as a part of
Ordinance No . 89-16 .
PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading this 17th day of February ,
1992.
PASSED , APPROVED AND ADOPTED on second and final reading this 2nd
day of March. 1992 •
