HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 86-23 ORDINANCE N0. 86-23 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DISANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TRACTS OF LAND FROM THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS. � � � � � BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS : Section l . The tracts of land depicted an Exhibit "A" as Tracts I, IA, and II, being more fully described in Exhibit "B" , and Tract III, being more fully described in Exhibit "C", and, Tract IV, being more fully described i.n Exhibi.t "D" , are hereby disannexed and discontinued from the corporate limits of the City of Friendswood, Texas. Said Exhibits "A," "B," "C," and "D" are attached hereto and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes . PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this lst day of December , 1986.
