AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 128; IN
PARTICULAR SECTION VI CONCERNING NIGHT PARKING;
ADDING A PROVISION TO BE IDENTIFIED AS SECTION
XVII EXCLUDING EMERGENCY VEHICLES (AS DEFINED IN
SECTION I HEREIN) FROM PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDIN-
ANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Friendswood,
Texas, duly assembled:
SECTION I
In the ordinance known as Number 128 of the City of Friendswood,
Texas, f�nally adopted on November 17, 1969 by the City Council , section
VI, which reads as follows:

�� "No person shall park any vehicle on any street
�;�k for a period of time longer than thirty (30)
��,�1 minutes between the hours of 12:00 midnight and
A,� 5:00 A.M. of any day, except physicans on emergency
calls." �
is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows:
Overniaht parkinq on any street is prohibited.
SECTI�N II
There is hereby added Section XVII to Ordinance 128 which reads
as follows:
Emerqency Vehicles, as defined in Section I of
�Ordinance 128, are hereby excluded from all pro-
visions of this Ordinance.
SECTION III
All other Sections of Ordinance 128 shall remain in full force
and effect, including applicability of Section XIII through XVI to
the amendments set forth herein.

PASSED AND APPROUED ON SECOND READING this 5th day of January , 1970,
PASSED, APPROVED AND FINALLY ADOPTED this 19th day of January , 1970
