Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas, with the following members present constituting a quorum: Cynthia Bowman, Committee Member Allan Rasmussen, Committee Member Rhonda Bloskas, Investment Officer Jennifer Walker, Deputy Investment Officer 1. Call to Order Rhonda Bloskas called the meeting to order with a quorum present at 4:05 P.M. Committee Member, Bob Bozka, was absent. 2. Public Comment There were no public comments. 3. Minutes Committee meeting minutes from October 27, 2025, were reviewed. Mr. Rasmussen made a motion to accept the minutes with no changes. Mrs. Bowman seconded the motion, and it was carried unanimously. 4. Business Items A. The Committee reviewed and discussed the City of Friendswood Quarterly Investment Report for the period ended December 31, 2025. Mrs. Bowman made a motion to accept the Quarterly Investment Report for the period ended December 31, 2025, as presented. Mr. Rasmussen seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. Adjournment The next meeting is scheduled for April 27, 2026. The meeting was adjourned at 4:16 P.M.
