' , KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF GALVESTON That the Friendswood Independent School District, a school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter called "Grantor") , for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid to Grantor by the City of Friendswood, Texas, a municipal corporation organized and existing pursuant to a Home Rule Charter and the laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter called "Grantee") , the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed, have GRANTED, SOLD, and CONVEYED, and by these presents do hereby GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto the Grantee all of that certain real estate (hereinafter called the "Subject Property") , lying and being situated in Galveston County, Texas more particularly described as follows : "FIELD NOTES OF 0.5739 ACRES OF LAND, Out of • a 41.558 Acre Tract, Being Out of Lots 1. 2, • 3 & 4.
