Police Department's budget narrative for 2009-10 included information on
replacement of this vehicle, funding was not included in the annual budget.
Vehicles are replaced based on the vehicle replacement schedule. This
vehicle should have been replaced in 1998 and was removed from the

Supplemental appropriation from the vehicle replacement fund is needed to
replace the vehicle.
