FRIBNDSWOOD AND CCDD, ORDINANCE 91-7, DETENTION POND MAINTLNANCE,
RESPONSIBILITY APTD AUTHORITY, FEE SCHEDIILE FOR CCDD TAKEOVER, DEVELOPMENT
OF A SUB-REGIONAL DETENTION MASTER PLAN, MAINTENANCE OF CURRENT AND FUTURE
PUBLIC DETENTION PONDS, MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE PONDS, EXTENSION OF CCDD
BOUNDARIES, EQUIPMENT NEEDED, FiTND2NG, PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT, SUBREGIONAL DBTENTION, DETENTION POND MAINTENANCI3 RESERVES, THE

CONSIDI3RED AS THE ARCHITECTUR.AL FIRM TO PROVIDE TH}3 CONCEPTUAL LAYOIIT FOR
CENTSNNIAL PARK. DISCUSSION CONTINUED RBGARDING THE PROPOSAL PRESENTED BY
CARTEI2 AND BURGESS, INCLUDING ADDITIONS/DELETIONS, A DETENTION POND, PLANS
