A JOINT MSETING WITH CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT (CCDD)WAS H]3LD WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBBRS REPRESENTING THE DISTRICT PRESENT: AL LENTZ, ENGINSER, DISTRICT MANAGER DAVID KOCUREK, AND SUPERVISORS NEAL R.ANCOUR, RICHARD JACKSON, R.AY ROGERS, CARL HORSCKY AND DON BARCAK. CITY MANAGER COX PRES23NTED A RECAPPED HISTORY REGARDING CCDD AND THE CITY'S DETENTION PONDS. DISCUSSION CONTINUED REGARDING THE INTERLOCAL CONTRACT BETWBEN THE CITY OF FRIBNDSWOOD AND CCDD, ORDINANCE 91-7, DETENTION POND MAINTLNANCE, RESPONSIBILITY APTD AUTHORITY, FEE SCHEDIILE FOR CCDD TAKEOVER, DEVELOPMENT OF A SUB-REGIONAL DETENTION MASTER PLAN, MAINTENANCE OF CURRENT AND FUTURE PUBLIC DETENTION PONDS, MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE PONDS, EXTENSION OF CCDD BOUNDARIES, EQUIPMENT NEEDED, FiTND2NG, PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT, SUBREGIONAL DBTENTION, DETENTION POND MAINTENANCI3 RESERVES, THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, AND FUTURE WORKSHOP MEETINGS. DISCUSSION WAS HELD REGARDING THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DI3SIGN AND LAYOUT FOR CBNTSNNIAL PARK. JON BRANSON, DIR£CTOR OF COl�liJN2TY SSRVICES, PRESENTED A RECAP ON THE CENTENNIAL PARK PLAN. MR. STUART WILLIAMS, REPRESENTING THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD, MADF's A RECONII�IENDATION THAT CARTER & BURGESS BE CONSIDI3RED AS THE ARCHITECTUR.AL FIRM TO PROVIDE TH}3 CONCEPTUAL LAYOIIT FOR CENTSNNIAL PARK.
