REVISIONS WFIICH ARE VERY FEW, AND STATED THAT THE SIGN ORDINANCE IS MORE
READABLE, AND �EFINITIONS ARE MORE IINDERSTANDABLE. DISCIISSION CONTINIIED
REGARDING LETTERING, CITY CODE ENP'ORCEMENT, CITATIONS, DEFINITION OF SIGNS,
EXISTING NON-CONFORMING SIGNS AND VARIANCES. COIINCIL COMPLIMENTED THE SIGN
COMM=TTEB FOR DOING A GREAT JOB IN REVIEWING THE ORDINANCE. THIS ORDINANCE
WILL BE SCHEDIILED FOR A PIIBLIC HE2IRING IN JIILY.
DISCIISSION WAS HELD REGARDING PROPOSED REVISIONS TO THE SIIBDIVISION
ORDINANCE WITH 2+II2. BILL FINGER, CHAIR OF TIiE PLAPINING AND ZONING CO2�2ISSION,
PRESENTING THE PROPOSED CHANGES. COIINCIL DISCIISSED THE APPEAL PROCESS AND
WHO SHOIILD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EiOLDING THE MEETINGS, DISCIISSED THE APPEALS
PROCESS WITH CITY ATTORNEY MICKELSON, DISCIISSED THE DBFIDTITION OF
MODIFICATIONS AND VARIANCES, AND AGREED TO HOLD FUTIIRE WORICSFiOPS REGARDING
REVISIONS TO THIS ORDINANCE.
