DISCUSSION WAS HELD REGARDING HISTORICAL AND PROPOSED WATER AND SEWER
PROJECTS AND N]'sEDS. MR. CHARLIE BEk',RE, REPRESENTING WAYNE SMITH &
ASSOCIATES, PRES��NTED A HISTORY SINCE 1991 WITH A REVIEW OF A MAP DEPICTING
AREAS OF EXISTIN'G AND PROPOSED LINES, A STUDY ON LOOPING SYSTEM, EXISTING
WELLS, NETWORK ANALYSIS, WATER WELL #4, AND SECOND TAKE POINT. ALSO
PRESENTED WERE 7'WO DIFFERENT PROPOSALS FOR COUNCIL'S CONSTDERATION. THE
CONTRACT WITH WA,'YNE SMITH & ASSOCIATES WILL BE ON THE DECEMBER 15, ].997
AGENDA.

DISCUSSION WAS ]EiELD REGARDING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE PERMITTED USE
TABLE. DISCUSS7CON CONTINUED REGARDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT }1ND THE
PERMITTED USE TABLE WITH PLANNING AND ZONING CHAIR BILL FTNGER PROVZDING
INPUT. THE CITY ATTORNEY WILL PREPARE AN ORDINANCE WITH THE AMENDMENTS
EXCEPT FOFi NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, GO1�IIrlUNITY COMMERCSAL, AND OFFICE PARK
AND A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE SCHEDULED.
