DISCUSSION WAS HELD REGARDING THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY'S INSURANCE NEEDS. ATTENDING THIS MEETTNG WERE MAR�LYN PAT�'ERSON, SUSAN SMITH, AND TERRY HALE REPRESENTTNG TEXAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE AND DAISY PALMER AND CAROL. LOCKLTN, REPRESENTING IN�EI2GOVERf.iMENTAI, RISK POOL. CAROL LOCKLIN, DEPUTY DIRECTOR, PRESENTED DOCUMENTS, A PRESENTATION AND THE ANNUAL REPORT. MS. LOCKLIN REPORTED ON CURRENT CLAIMS, POLICY GROWTH CHART, INDICATORS OF GROWN, TRAINING SESSTON, RATE CHANGES, AND STATED THA2 THE PROGRAM IS IN VERY STRONG F'INANCIAI, SHAPE. NO NEED FOR AN 11DDITIONAL WORKSHOP. COUNCILMEMBER AUS'.PIN SUGGESTED A BIDDER CONFERENCE, WITH CITY MANAGER COX STATING THAT IT IS MANDATORY TQ HAVE A PRE--BII) CONFERENCE. THE BIDS WILL BE DUE 60 DAYS AFTER ADVERTISING. ._......., 1046H DISCUSSION WAS HELD REGARDING THE EAP PROGRAM. CITY MANAGER COX EXPLAINED � THE P�OGRAM AND DISCUSSION WAS HELD REGARDING 2`HE FEATURES OF THE FAp PROGRAM AND APPLICATION. DISCUSSION WAS HELD REGARDING THE COUNSELING CONTRACT, FUNDING, EXPTRATION OF CONTRACT, REF'ERRAL5, TRANSITTON OVER TO A MEDICKI, PLAI3, AND EXISTING C�,IENTELE. COUNCILMEMBER ERICSSON RECOMMENDED THAT THE COUNSELING CONTRACZ' BE PLACED ON THE NEXT AGENDA.
