A JOINT DOCKETED PUBLIC HEARING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY MAYOR EVELYN NEWMAN AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION VICE CHAIR BILL FINGER AT 7:10 P.M. , TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT, ETTHER ORAL OR WR:CTTEN, REGARDING THE FOLLOWING: A. REQUEST FOR SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (PROPOSED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPM:ENT) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE WESTERLY LINE OF CHELSEA 'LANE AND THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 7, BLOCK 16, SECTION B, ANNALEA WHITEHALL SUBDIVTSION, AND BEING 8.1064 ACRES (MORE OR LESS) . �---, REPRESENTITTVE FOR HAUSMAN INTEREST, LTD, MR.
