BUDGETING PROCESS, PRESENTED INFORMATION ON TAX RATE, REVENUE PROJECTIONS, PRESENTED INFORMATION ON HOMESTEAD EXEMPTIONS WITH 8 PERCENT OF 1,197 CITIES GIVING EXEMPTIONS AND REPORTED THE CITY HAS AN A-1 RATING. STAFF BUDGET PRESENTATIONS WERE MADE BY CTZ`Y MANAGER, CITY SECRETARY, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, POLICE DEPARTMENT, FIRF?
