COX STATED THAT TCI HAS RECENTLY FILED A NEW RATE CASE ON A NEW F'ORM 1240 WHICH WAS REVIEWED BY REED-STOWE AND OLSON & QLSON. 'FHE SIGNIFTCANT CI3ANGE, MR.
