AND PLANNING AND ZONING CHATR BENNY BAKE�2 TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT, EITHER
ORAL OR WRITTEN, REGARDING THE FOLLOWING: �
A. REQUEST FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL - SPECIFIC USE (SFR-SP) TO
NEIGHBO:RHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC} FOR 2000 WEST PARKWOOD, 2.1556 ACRES
OF LAND BEING RESERVES "B" OF WINDSONG SUBDI.VISION, LOCATED AT
THE INTERSECTION OF FM 528 AND WINDSONG.
NO ONE SPOKE FOR THE PROPOSED REZONING RE�UEST.
MR. JIM LEAVES:LEY, PRESIDENT OF WIND:iOAIG HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION SPOKE
AGAINST THE PROI?OSED REZONING, CITING HIS CONCERNS WITH TRAFFIC, ONLY ONE
WAY IN AND OUT OF THE SUBDIVISIQN AND WOULD CHANGE PROPERTY VALUES.

REGARDING TRAFF]:C, NARROW STREETS, CHII�DREN PLAYING, AND ASKED WHY THIS
� REZONING KEEPS'COMING UP BEFORE THE BOARD.
MAYOR AND COIINCIL ADVISED THAT THE PROPERfiY OWNER HAS RE-APPLIED EACH TIME !,
AND POSSIBLY PL�NNING AND ZONING NEEDS TO LOOK AT A LONGER PERIOD WHEN
REZONING REQUESZ'S COME BEFORE COUNCIL, WITH PLANNING AND ZONING CHAIRMAN
BAKER STATING HE BELIEVED PLANNING AND ZONING HAD RECOMMENDED. A ONE YEAR
