RESTAURANT .AND DRUG STORE, AND SUGGESTED THAT THE BUSINESSE:3 ON THE TABLE
SHOULD BE ON A SMALLER SCALE.

BUSINESSES AND PARKING LAYOUT, �3UT STATED HE TS COMFORTAE4LE WITH THE
PROPOSAL IF THE PARKING LOT DIRECTS TRAFFIC TO THE REAR 3�ND A FENCE IS ADDED
ALONG THE NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE AND STATED HE IS COMFORTABI�E WITH THE SPACE
BEING USED FOR LIGHT RETAIL/OFFICE/ PROFESSTONAL BUILDING, ETC�
MS. COOKIE LANGDOC EXPRESSED HER CONCERNS REGARDING THE PROPOSED ZONE

MR. SONNY STEVENS OF 5458 APPLEBLOS�OM, STATED HE IS FOR TH:E ZONE REQUEST
BUT IS OPPQSED TO A RESTAURANT.
DISCUSSION WAS HELD REGARDING LOCATION OF THE DUMPSTER, PARKING, AND USES
PERMITTED IN A PUD DISTRICT.
PLANNER DAVID HOOVER EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PUD AND A SP-PUD AND
STATED THIS TABLE IS FOR THE PUBLIC HEPRING PURPOSE TO INFQRM THE CITIZENS
AS TO WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESSES MAY BE LOCATED IN THIS ZONE.
DISCUSSION WAS HELD WITH COUNCIL AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION STATING
THIS REQUEST NEEDS ADDITIONAL REVIrW BY PLANNING AND ZONING.
HEARING NO FURTHER COMMENTS, THE PtJBL:IC HEARING. WAS CLOSED.
MOTION WAS MADE AND APPROVED FOR ADJOURNMENT AT 8:05 P.M.
