MAYOR NEWMAN AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CHAIRMAN BAKER CALLED THE �OINT pQCKES�� �BLIC ��ARING TO ORDER TO RECEIVE PUBLIC INPUT , EITHER ORAL OR WRITTEN , REGARDING REQUEST TO REZONE 3 • 2895 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT FRIENDSWOOD LINK ROAD (WHISPERING PINES} , LOTS 1 THROUGH 5 , FORESTWOOD SUBDIVISION , FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESTDENTIAL ( SFR ) TO MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL-GARDEN HOME DISTRICT ( GHD ) . MR . GARY RUSSELL , CO-OWNER OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT , STATED THE PROPOSAL IS FOR 18 GARDEN HOME LOTS WITH GATED ENTRY . THE HOMES WILL RANGE FROM $80 , 000 TO $105 , 000 AND WILL BE FROM 1 , 700 TO 2 , 200 SQ . FT . F ' MR . MIKE MCKRACKEN , MR . RANDY HAZELWOOD , AND MR .
