SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER DICKEY . MOTION APPROVED 6-0 . **COUNCILMEMBER MEASELES MOVED TO AUTHORIZE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CURRENT AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE SMITH & ASSOCIATES TO INCREASE THE SCOPE OF WORK REGARDING RECOMMENDATIONS ON PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO THE BLACKHAWK TREATMENT PLANT , WITH A CAP OF $3 , 500 . SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER LOWE. MOTION APPROVED 6-0 . COUNCILMEMBER HAJECATE RETURNED TO THE MEETING AT THIS TIME . **COUNCILMEMBER LOWE MOVED TO AUTHORIZE WAYNE SMITH & ASSOCIATES TO CONDUCT A PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT �N SEWER COLLECTION AND LIFT STATION MODIFICATIONS FOR MORE EFFICIENT UTILIZATION OF THE SOUTH FRIENDSWOOD INTERCEPTOR AND TO STUDY OTHER SEWER ISSUES IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE CITY.
