A LENGHY DISCUSSION WAS HELD REGARDING DESIGN OF NEW CITY HALL
WITH HIDELL ARCHITECTS . MR . ED KEPNER WITH HIDELL ARCHITECTS
PRESENTED A SET OF PLANS FOR REVIEW BY COUNCIL AND STAFF . MR .
KEPNER REPORTED THE PROJECTED COST FOR THE CITY HALL IS
APPROXIMATELY ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS . MR . KEPNER REVIEWED THE SCHEDULE FOR BIDDING WITH THE
BID OPENING DATE TENATIVELY SET FOR APRIL 18 WITH A PRE-BID
CONFERENCE TO BE HELD ON APRIL 28TH.

COUNCILMEMBER RALEY ANNOUNCED THAT HE IS PLEASED TO SEE THAT
THREE PEOPLE HAVE ANNOUNCED AS CANDIDATES FOR HIS COUNCIL
POSITIQN , STATING THIS SPEAKS WELL �F THE COMMUNITY AND IS A SIGN
OF VOLUNTEER SPIRIT AND INTEREST IN THE COMMUNITY .
