COMPLETED , FEMA COMMUNITY RATINGS SYSTEM REPETITIVE LOSS PLAN
PROGRESS REPORT AND PRESENTED A UPDATE ON CABLE TV REFRANCHISING
NEGOTIATIONS . CITY MANAGER REPORTED FOR MAYOR NEWMAN THAT SHE HAS
HAD COMMUNICATION WITH IMPERIqL ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
REGARDING THE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM.
ON STATUS OF FM 2351 AND FM 528 ROAD PROJECTSMANREPORTEDORTHE
MANHOLE ON FM 2351 WILL BE RAISED AND THE UNEVEN AREA OF FM 2351
WILL BE REVIEWED . CITY MANACER REQUESTED COUNCIL TO BEGIN
LOORING AT THEIR CALENDARS IN ORDER TO PLAN FOR THE COUNCIL
RETREAT , ADVISING GARY HALTER WILL BE WORKING WITH THE CITY AGAIN
THIS YEAR .

FM 528 , PARTICULARLY IN FRONT OF THE FALCON RIDGE AREA , STATING
THERE ARE SOME HAZARDOUS AREAS AND THE CONSTRUCTION SEEMS TO BE
