COUNCILMEMBER MEASELES ASKED MR . LYNN IF THE F . L . L . F . A . USED FRANKIE CARTER PARK AND MR . LYNN ADVISED THE SOCCER TEAMS USES THE FIELDS . COUNCILMEMBER STUART STATED THERE FOR PLAYING FIELDS AT CHALLENGER MANAGER TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER .
