COUNCILMEMBERS STUART AND LOWE STATED POSSIBLY AN ZNTERNAL INVESTIGATION WOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO ADDRESS THE QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN RAISED . DR . LEW CLARKE APPEARED BEFORE COUNCIL TO EXPRESS HIS CONCERNS I REGARDING THE LAKE AND LIBRARY BUILDING PURCHASES AND STATED THE EDITORIALS IN THE NEWSPAPERS MAKES IT APPEAR THERE IS SOME DEVELOPMENTAL REAL ESTATE INTEREST . DR . CLARKE STATED HE IS CONCERNED THERE IS SOME IMPROPRIETY IN LAND DEALINGS AND FEELS AN INVESTIGATION WOULD BE PRUDENT . DR . CLARKE FURTHER STATED HIS CONCERNS FOR SECURITI' OF PROPERTY THAT BACKS UP TO THE LAKE . MR .
