ROOS HAS BEEN ASKED FOR A OUTLINE AND A PLAN FOR CONSULTING FOR A COMPOSTING PROGRAM , REPORTED THE CONTRACTORS ARE DOING A GOOD JOB ON THE FORCE MAIN PROJECT PARTICULARLY AT THE OVERHEAD STRUCTURE AT THE CREEK , REPORTED THE CONCRETE STREET PROGRAM IS UNDERWAY ON MARY ANN AND CEDARWOOD REPORTED THE CLEAR CREEK WATERSHED COMMITTEE WYLL MEET NEXT WEDNESDAY AT 7 : 00 AT PEARLAND CITY HALL AND ANNOUNCED RESIDENTS OF POLLY RANCH WERE IN A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT IN LUBBOCK WITH THEIR EIGHT YEAR OLD SON BEING KILLED AND THEIR OTHER SON IS IN CRITICAL CONDITION AND REPORTED CONTRIBUTIONS MAY BE SENT TO TEXAS COMMERCE BANK TO HELP WITH MEDICAL AND FUNERAL EXPENSES .
