UNDIVIDED . MR . THOMPSON REPORTED THE PLAN SERVES AS A GUIDE TO
THE STAFF AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO OBTAIN NECESSARY
RIGHT-OF-WAYS FOR FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE VARIOUS ROUTES
AND THAT AS PROPERTIES ARE SUBDIVIDED AND LATTED , THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION REQUIRES THAT RIGHT-OF-WAY BE DEDICATED TO
COMPLY WITH THE PLAN . MR . THOMPSON REPORTED THE CURRENT POLICY
OF PLANNING AND ZONING IS TO REQUIRE THAT THE ROADWAY BE
CONSTRUCTED BY THE DEVELOPER IF THE ROADWAY IS REQUIRED FOR
ACCESS TO THE SUBDIVISION AND IN OTHER CASES , STRICTLY THE RIGHT-
OF-WAY DEDICATED IS REQUIRED .
