COUNCILMEMBER RALEY STATED HE WAS GLAD TO BE BACK AND CONGRATULATED COUNCIL ON THE ALL THE WORK THAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED DURING HIS ABSENCE . COUNCILMEMBER STUART REPORTED ON ATTENDING A MEETING WEDNESDAY WITH POLLY RANCH HOMEOWNERS TO DISCUSS THE ROUTE FOR THE EASEMENT FOR THE SOUTH INTERCEPTOR LINE FOR SEWER FACILITIES , EXPRESSED CONCERN FOR SAFETY AND LIABILITY PURPOSES WITH THE OVERHEAD STRUCTURE OVER CLEAR CREEK , REPORTED ON ATTENDING THE H .
