CONTRACT DATE: December 7, 1998 ORIGINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT: $23,375.00 The Above contract has been increased by the following amount: Additional materials and work were required to repair the existing 16 inch water line. Existing plans showed a 12 inch water line exiting Water Well#5. In the field, it was discovered that the existing water line at Water Well#5 is a 16 inch water line. Additional fittings were required, in order to connect the existing 16 inch water line with the relocated 12 inch water line.
