MAYOR SCHRADER LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE . MAYOR SCHRADER READ A PREPARED STATEMENT OUTLINING THE PAST FOUR YEARS AS MAYOR , THANKED COUNCILMEMBERS , MEMBERS OF STAFF , CITIZENS AND HIS FAMILY FOR THE SUPPORT HE AECEIVED DURING HIS SERVICE AS MAYOR . MAYOR SCHRADER , ON BEHALF OF CITY COUNCIL , THANKED THE MANY CITIZENS THAT VOTED IN THIS ELECTION . COUNCILMEMBER RITTER THANKED COUNCIL , STAFF AND HIS FAMILY FOR THE SUPPORT DURING HIS SERVICE AS COUNCILMEMBER AND CHALLENGED THE COUNCIL TO NUMEROUS GOALS. COUNCILMEMBERS CONGRATULATED THE NEWLY ELECTED MAYOR AND COUNCILMEMBERS AND THANKED MAYOR SCHRADER AND COUNCILMEMBER RITTER FOR THEIR SERVICE , DEDICATION AND LEADERSHIP.
