NO CHANGE IN UTILZTY RATES OR AD VALOREM TAX RATES.

"LEAST CHANGE PLAN" WHICH WAS PRESENTED BY EMORY CONSULTANTS AND
STATED HE FEELS THE THREE COMMTSSIONER PLAN TS DETRIMENTAL TO THE
COU�TY AS A WHOLE.
COUNCILMEMBER RALEY STATED HIS CONCERN WITH THE REDISTRICTING
PLAN AND ASKED COULD THIS BE DECISION BE CHALLENGED .
COUNCILMEMBER STQART ALSO REPORTED ON THE REDISTRICTING PLAN ,
REPORTING PRECINCT 56 WILL BE SPLIT WITH ' COMMISSIONERS WAYNE
JOHNSON AND BILLY PEGUES WITH PRECINCT 60 & 61 TO GO TO
COMMISSIONER EDDIE JANEK AND STATED TKIS WILL EFFECTIVELY DILUTE
VOTING OF FRIENDSWOOD PRECINCTS , REPORTED ON ATTENDING THE
GALVESTON COUNTY MAYORS ASSOCIATION TAANSPORTATION MEETING LAST
WEEK , ASKED CITY MANAGER TO PURSUE DISCUSSION WITH STATE HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT REGARDING PLANING OF TREES IN THE ESPANADES OF FM 2351
ANA FM 525 , REPORTED THE CLEAR CREEK REGIONAL FLO�D CONTROL
COMMITTEE MEETING WILL BE WEDNESDAY IN PEARLAND AT 7 : 30 PM WHERE
MAFS MAY BE REVIEWED SHOWING CHANILIZATTON DETENTION AND MAJOR
CREEKS AND URGED EVERYONE TO ATTEND.

SIGNAGE FOR THE FRIENDSWOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY AND PRESENTED THE
RECOMMENDATION THAT THE CITY STANDARDIZE AND UP-GRADE THE QUALITY
OF ALL MUNICIPAL SI�NS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE LEVEL OF QUALITY
AND DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPOSED NEW CITY "WELCOME"
SIGNS AND THE EXISTING TWO DIRECTIONAL SIGNS FOR THE LIBRARY AND
CITY HALL . IT WAS AGREED THIS WOULD BE PLACED ON THE NEXT AGENDA
FOR CONSIDERATION .

WEST CASTLEWOOD1 FM-518 AND WIND.ING ROAD AND FM-518 AND WINDING
