HARD AT WORK ON THE 4TH FESTIVITIES , BUSES WILL BE AVAILABLE
AGAIN THIS YEAR BEGINNING AT 5 : 30 PM AND REPORTED LAURIE
WHITEHEAD HAS TAKEN HER PRINT "WELCOME HOME TEXAN 'S" TO AUSTIN
AND THAT PRINTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE �ITH OF JULY FESTIVITIES.
COUNCILMEMBER STUART REPORTED THE GUEST SPEAKER FOR ROTARY THIS
WEEK W.ILL BE SENATOR CHET BROOKS WHO WILL PROVIDE A LEGISLATIVE
UPDATE AND ENCOURAGED� COUNCIL AND STAFF MEMBERS TO ATTEND .

PRESENTATION ON AIDS AWARENESS , PROVIDED STATISTICAL INFORMATION
ON AIDS IN GALVESTON COUNTY AND IN THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD AND
STATED THE AIAS PROGRAM URGENTLY NEEDS LOCAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
