OF LAND OUT OF REGENCY ESTATES II SUBDIVISION LOCATED INTERSECTIQN OF FM 528 AND SUNSET FROM COMMUNITY SHOPPING CENTER TO SPECIFIC USE-NURSING HOME : DR . BILL JONES , RECORD OWNER , PROVIDED A BRIEF OUTLINE OF THE PLANS FOR THE NURSING HOME . DR . JONES STATED THIS WILL BE A 138 BED HOME FOR BED RIDDEN PATIENTS , FULLY FENCED , TOTALLY , SPRINKLED , WILL EMPLOY APPROXIMATELY 100 TO 150 EMPLOYEES AND ' WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY THREE YEARS TO FILL TO CAPACITX . GREG SMITH, DAVID ROBERTSON, ROGER COLE, MARSHA STANRIDGE , TONY ENVORETE AND PHIL VOLMER ADDRESSED VARIOUS CONCERNS WITH THIS PROJECT SUCH AS SECURITY , DRAINAGE , IMPACT ON LAND VALUES AND . TYPE OF FACILITY PLANNED . LARRY TAYLOR SPOKE ON BEHALF OF DR. JONES IN REGARDS TO HIS PAST DEVELOPMENTS AND INVOLVEMENT IN THE COMMUNITX .
