BILL JONES ADDRESSED COUNCIL TO PROVIDE INPUT REGARDING INPUT � TO THE REVISION OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE ASKING COUNCIL CONSIDERATIDN OF TWO WORKS IN TWO PLACES ( 1 ) CHANGE ANY NEW RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION WORDING TO "NEW OR EXISTING" AND ( 2 ) CHANGE REMOVAL OF SIGNS IN 24 MONTHS OR WHEN SUBDIVISION IS COMPLETED OR S�LD OUT WHICH EVERY COMES FIRST TO CHANGE FROM FIRST TO LAST . COUNCILMEMBER WICKLANDER ASKED FOR THE TIr4E FRAME ON CLEAN UP OF THE DITCHES AT BRIARMEADOW AND GREENBRIAR AND CITY MANAGER ADVISED SHE WOULD CHECK INTO THIS PROJECT . COURT ti�ED TO MOVE THEIR COURT PROCEEDINGS FROM COUNCIL CHAMBERS FOR THIS MONTH AND NEXT FOR THE AUDITORS WITH THE CITY MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR STATING N0 . MAYOR SCHRADER STATED THE CITY WOiILD LIKE TO RECOGNIZE THE CITY CREWS THAT HAVE WORKED ON THE STORM DEBRIS CLEAN UP WITH CITY MANAGER RECOMMENDZNG BREAKFAST OR COFFEE AT THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING . STEVE HASKEW, PRESIDENT CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT PRESENTED A PROPOSAL FOR A JOINT EFFORT REGARDING BRIDGE AT LOW WATER CROSSING AT WINDSONG WHICH AFFECTS 179 LOTS AND ALSO AFFECTS APPROXIMATELY 84 LOTS IN SUNMEADOW . DISCUSSION WAS HELD WITH COUNCIL REQUESTING MORE SPECIFICS , POSSIBLY THE BASIC DESIGIJ AND THE ALTERNATIVES FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION . MAYOR SCHRADER THANKED MR . HASKEW FOR THE COOPERATIVE EFFORTS FROM THE CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT DURING HURRICANE CHANTAL WITH MR . WORKSHOP OF THE PROPOSED BUDGET CONTINUED AT THIS TIME WITH COUNCILMEMBERS ASKING QUESTIONS CONCERNING POLICE DEPARTMENT , GARBAGE , SEWER , WATER DEPOSITS , GARBAGE SALES TAX AND OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SALES TAX . MAYOR SCHRADER REPORTED HE HAS SPOKEN TO JUDGE HOLBROOK ON FUNDING FOR MOVING OF UTILITY LINES ON FM 2351 AND STATED THAT THE JUDGE FELT MORALLY HE FEELS CON!l4ITTED BUT HAS NOT FOUND THE FUNDS AT THIS TIME BUT WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ON THIS FUNDING . COUNCILMEMBER NEWMAN ASKED ABOUT FUNDS BUDGETED FOR WATER AND WATER HYDRANTS FOR WILDERNESS TRAILS WITH CITY MANAGER ADVISING THIS IS NOT A PART OF THIS YEAR ' S BUDGET . COUNCILMEMBER RITTER C�MPLIMENTED STAFF FOR A JOB WELL DONE ON THE BUDGET PROCESS AND ASKED IF DEPARTMENTS COULD LOOK AT ADDITIONAL CUTS WITH COUNCILMEMBER JORDAN ALSO COMPLIMENTING STAFF ON A JOB WELL DON AND ASKED ALSO THAT DEPARTMENTS LOOK AT ADDITIONAL CUTS .
