This memo includes the minutes from the Investment Committee meeting held on April 21, 2025, and a copy of the quarterly investment report for the period ended June 30, 2025, which were, both, approved by the Committee. The Committee also completed its annual review of the City's Investment Policy. The Investment Committee set the next quarterly meeting for October 20, 2025. INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 21, 2025 The Investment Committee held a regular meeting on April 21,2025,at 4:00 p.m. The following members were present: Cynthia Bowman Allan Rasmussen Rhonda Bloskas, Investment Officer Jennifer Walker, Deputy Investment Officer Bob Bozka was absent. 1. Committee meeting minutes from January 27, 2025, were reviewed. • Mr. Rasmussen made a motion to accept the minutes with no changes. Mrs. Bowman seconded the motion, and it was carried unanimously. 2. The Committee reviewed and discussed the City of Friendswood Quarterly Investment Report for the period ended March 31, 2025. • Mrs. Bowman made a motion to accept the Quarterly Investment Report for the period ended March 31, 2025, as presented. Mr. Rasmussen seconded the motion, and it was carried unanimously. 3. The next meeting is scheduled for July 21, 2025. 4.
