PRESENT TO THE BOARD NEXZ' tiVEDNESDAY AT 2 : 00 PM AND TU REQUEST TO
BE FIRST ON THEIR AGEIJDA FOR PRESENTATION OF THIS STATEMENT. MR.
WILLIAMS REPOR'I'ED HE HAU CORRESPONllENCE FROM TED THOP�IAS STATING
HIS CONCERNS WITH THE ROLL AND ALTA CARBOP�E HAS CHALLENGED THE
ENTIRE ROLL AND IN THE MEETING FRIDAY NIGHT COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR
COLLECTOR CHUCK WILSON STATED HE COULD CHALLENGE THE ENTIRE ROLL.
MR. WILLIAMS STATED HE WOULD PR�SENT A REPORT TO COUNCIL AT THE
NEXT COUNCIL MEETING REGARDING THIS PRE5ENTATION.
DISCUSSION REGARDING APFRC7VAL OF RESOLUTION AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE D�CUMENTS TO ACQUIRE FOREST BEND V OLUNTEER
FIRE DEPARTP�IENT BUILDING AND TERr1INATE THE LEASE OF THE BUILDING
LOCATED ON THE FOREST BEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION PARK LAND WAS
TABLED UNTIL NEXT COUNCIL MEETING FUR FURTHER REVIEW.

WATER STORAGE, CHIPPING, PAINTING AND SAIVll BLASTING AND SHOULD BE
THRU WITH THE INSIDE WITHIN TWO WEEKS, THE F'M 528 WATER MAIN IS
FINISHED EXCEPT FOR CLEAN UP, WATER LINE CONNECTION INTO FOREST
BEND IS IN PLACE BUT THE CONNECTION INTO WEDGEWOOD IS STILL BEING
WORKED ON, THE COIVTRACTOR FOR PUMPING ANU PIPING FOR WATER WELL
#5 IS GOING FORF�ARD, HAS THE SAND EXTRACTOR INSTALLED BUT THE
ELECTRICAL IS NOT INSTALLED, THE STREET PROGRAM IS ONGOING AND
WORK HAS STARTED ON SHADOWBEND AND WILL BE AUDING FLY ASH TO THE
BASE WHEN THE WEATHER CLEAF2S UP, THE EMUL5IFIED ASPHALT PROGRAM
ON THE UNPAV ED STREET PROGRAM STARTEU LASZ' WEF�K AND DUE TO THE
WEATHER THE SWIMMING POOL HAS NOT MADE MUCH PROGRESS . CITY

COUNCILMAN NEWMAN STATED SHE HAD RECEIVED A PHONE CALL REGARDING
A MEETING IN THE KINGSPARK WHITEHALL AREA AND ASKED FRANK WEBB
WHAT THE TIEETING IS ABOUT. FRANK WEBB REPORTED THIS WAS NOT IN
THEIR SUBDIVISION BUT WAS IN ANNALEA AND THE MEETING IS REGARDING
STOPPING COMMERCIALISM IN THE SUBDIVISION OPd THE CORNER OF FM 518
AND MARY ANN WHICH THE CITY HAS ZONED COMt�1ERCIAL, HOWEVER THE
DEED RESTRICTIOINS DO NOT ALLOW COMf4ERCIAL IN THIS AREA.
MAYOR LOWE REQUESTED THE CITY rIANAGER TO PREPARE AN ANALYSIS OF i
FOREST BEND EXPENDITURES FOR PRE5ENTATION AT THE NEXT MEETING.
