WAS HELD ON MARCH 21, 1986 AT CITY HALL AT 5:00 PM WITH THE
FOLLOWING PRESENT CONSTITUTING A QUORUM:

� COONTY TO SERVICE ENTERPRISE IN TH� AMOUNT OF $405,000.
� SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN NEWMAN. MOTION APPRC7VED UNANIMOUSLY.
C� THE FIRM OF PADGITT AND LOCHRIDGE PRESENTATED THE 1985 ANNUAL
C[ AUDZT TO COUNCIL FOR REt7IEW. DISCUSSTOIV WAS HELD REGARDING THE
MANAGEMENT LETTER WITH THE NEW DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIV E
SERVICES STATING CHANGES WERE BEING IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY IN
ORDER TO BRING THE CITY INTO COMPLIANCE IN V ARIOUS AREAS THAT
WERE ADDRESSED.
MAYOR LOWE SUGGESTED THAT COUNCILMAN JORDAN WORK WITH THE
, DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO LOOK INTO TEMPORARY
OFFICES FOR THE FTNANCE DEPARTMENT IN ORDER THAT THEY COULD HAV E
ADEQUATE WORK SPACE. COUNCIL AGREED WITH THI5 PROPOSAL AND HAD
NO OBJECTIONS.
COUNCILMAN JORDAN STATED THE AUDIT REPQRT WAS THRQUGH SEPTEMBER
1985 AND THAT SHE WANTED THE RECORDS TO REFLECT THAT THE NEW
DIRECTO.R OF ADMINTSTRATIV E SERVICES DID NOT COME TO WORK FOR THE
CITY UNTIL JANUARY, 1986 AND SINCE THAT TIME A LOT OF PROGRESS
HAS BEEN MADE. �

DICKER50N AS REPRESENTATIV E FROM THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE � }��
CITY "THE JOURNAL" TO WASHINGTON WITH THE COUNCIL
REPRESENTATIVE 'S TO ATTEND THE MEETING OF THE HOUSE COMMITTEE ON
APPROFRIATION5 TO REQUEST FUNDING FOR CLEAR CREEK.
SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN LEE. MOTION APPRC7VED. COUNCILMAN LEE AND
WICRLANDER OPPOSED.
COUNCILMAN LEE ANNOUNCED THE MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL GROUND
BREAKING WILL BE HELD AT 4: 00 PM ON AFRIL 2, 1986 :
� COUNCILMAN NEWMAN ANNOUNCED THE SESQUICENTENNIAL EASTER EGG HUNT
AND ADOPTION CEREMONIES WILL BE HELD ON MARCH 29 AT STEVENSON
PARK.
� MOTION WAS MADE AND SECONDED TO ADJOURN AT 6: 05 PM.
