BILL WALSH OF WALSH ENGINEERING APPEARED BEFORE COUNCIL TO PRESENT HIS FIRM�S QUALIFICATIONS AND STATED HE WOULD APPRECIATE CONSIDERATION BY THE CITY FOR ENGINEERING PROJECTS THE CITY MAY HAV E IN THE FUTURE. MAYOR LOWE READ CORRESPONDENCE FROM MARGARET GEORGE REGARDING SURFACE WATER CONCERNS OF WATER DISTRICT 108 . MS. GEORGE REQUESTED THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD AND MUD 55 INCLUDE WATER DISTRICT 108 IN SURFACE WATER PLAN5 AND URGED THE CITY TO WORK WITH WATER DISTRTCT 108 AS SOMEDAY THIS DISTRICT WILL BE IN THE CITY LIMITS. COUNCILMAN WICKLANDER STATED THAT WATER DISTP.ICT 108 COULD BE ASSURED THAT DURING DISCUSSIONS REGARDING SURFACE WATER THAT WATER DISTRICT 108 WAS INCLUDED.
