QMAYOR LQWE REPORTED HE HAS SPOKEN TO STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT ABOU'P SPEEDING UP LAYING OF WATERLINE TO WEDGEWOOD. MAYOR LOWE ANNOUNCED WE RECEIVED A $28 , 000 CHECK FROM CITY OF HOUSTON FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT CAPACITY FROM BLACKHAWK PLANT. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND COMIKUNICATIONS FROM 'PHE COUNCIL WERE AS FOLLOWS : COUNCILMAN LEON BROWN ANNOUNCED HE WILL RE-FILE FOR COUNCIL POSITION l. _ COUNCILMAN SCHRADER ANNOUNCED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IS SELLING FERTILIZER AND THAT THE FIRST POUR ON THE MARY' S CREEK PROJECT WILL BE. THIS SATURDAY. COUNCILMAN NEWMAN ANNOUNCED SHE HAll SPOKEN TO PAUL SELLMAN OF STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT REGARilING ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND IS ALSO WORKIN� WITH CITY ATTORNEY AND CITX MANAGER ON LAND TRADE OUT. MAYOR LUWE LEFT AT 7 : 15 TO ATTEND ANOTHER MEETING . COUIQCILMAN BROWN TOOK UVER THE MEETING . PETI�IONS AND COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC AND COMMITTEES WERE AS FOLLOWS : LISA HINKLE APPEARED BEFORE COUNCIL AND PRESENTED A PETITION TO REQUEST A BARKICADE AT THE END OF BELLMAR STREET. CITY MANAGER WILL WRITE A LETTER AllVISING 'rHE GATE WILL BE LOCKED IMMEDIATELY . COUNCILMAN JORDAN ARRIVED AT 7 : 20 PM. RTCHARD HARRIS OF GREAT AMERICAN HOMES APPEARED BEFORE COUNCIL AND PRESENTED A PETITION FOR ELIMINATION OF "TEMPORARY" STREET ' IN GLENSHANNON SUBDIVISION.
