Williams League, Abstract No. 151, said 0.1784 acre tract of land is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at a 1/2 inch iron pipe found at the intersection of the common line between said Lots 15 and 16 with the Southerly Right-of-Way of Imperial Avenue (60.00 foot Right-of-Way); THENCE South 11 deg. 52 min. 58 sec. East (Called South 08 deg. 51 min. 33 sec. Fast), along the common line between said Lots 15 and 16, 337.92 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING on the Northerly line of the proposed Mary's Creek Right-of-Way; THENCE North 87 deg. 15 min. 10 sec. East, along the Northerly line of the proposed Mary's Creek Right-of-Way, 67.02 feet to a point for corner at the beginning of a curve; THENCE 17.37 feet along the arc of a curve to the right on the Northerly line of the proposed Mary's Creek Right-of-Way, said curve having a radius of 235.00 feet, a central angle of 04 deg. 14 min. 09 sec., a chord which bears North 89 deg. 22 min. 14 sec. West, 57.43 feet to a point for corner on the Northerly line of said proposed Mary's Creek Right-of-Way; THENCE North 87 deg. 15 min. 10 sec. East, along the Northerly line of said proposed Mary's Creek Right-of-Way, 73.85 feet to the POINT OF RFr:INNING, containing within these calls 7,769 . square feet or 0.1784 acres of land mere or less.
